Membership renewal notices have been sent for the 2025 year. Please let me know if any changes need to be made. This is our first renewal round with the new system and it was more automated than expected.

For the 2025 year, there are 3 sponsorship opportunities.
  1. Chamber Champion $850: Champions are showcased in the Chamber’s marketing, programs and events. A feature, events and information will be shared through our social media channels and events with a special focus acknowledging their business.
  2. Luncheon Sponsor $1000: receive recognition, recommendation for the speaker and attendance at the luncheon. This allows a greater audience for organizations to showcase their services and allow non-profits a connection to the business community.
  3. North Peace Shop Local (you decide the amount): Sponsor the North Peace Shop Local program to support events featuring local services such as night markets, training opportunities and marketing for the area.
In the automated renewal of the memberships, these options may not appear. If you would like to add them to you 2025 membership or receive more information, contact Tiffany at tiffany@fsjchamber.com.

The Salvation Army is inviting businesses to come out and help support our local Christmas Kettle Campaign, starting November 15th through December 24th every Monday-Saturday. We are looking for volunteers to man our kettles throughout the community and help us raise funds to support our Community and Family Services, here at the Fort St. John Salvation Army. All funds raised stay local and are used for the following: Christmas Food and Toy Hampers, Medical Transportation support, items for the Food Bank and vouchers for essential items for families in need.
Having friendly faces tend our kettles increases public engagement and also increases donations by up to 500%, compared to a kettle that is stationed without a volunteer. That is why, this year, we have created an incentive for businesses and groups to participate in the volunteering process. For 2024, we have created a stand-up banner for businesses to represent their logo and support for the Campaign while they are on shift. We ask that your group book minimum 3 consecutive shifts (2 hours each) on a selected day to have this opportunity. Along with signage at the location, we will promote your business on all our social media outlets on that day. (Please view the attachment of the banner). Logos must be provided 5 days in advance and will be printed professionally by Graph-X signs.
Locations available are: Save-On Foods, Winners, Canadian Tire, Amanda's No Frills, WalMart and Totem Mall.
Joining the Kettle Campaign for a day is a great way for employees to get out and support a great cause during the holiday season, engage with the local community members and a fun opportunity for a team building experience.
We would love to see you out there!!

Feel free to email Patricia.Budgell@salvationarmy.ca, or give Patricia a call at 403-793-0485 for more information or to book your day and times!
